Dr. Chia-Kai Huang is an Assistant Research Fellow in the Research Center for Indigenous Education, National Academy for Educational Research (NAER). In 2020, He Obtained the PhDs in Education in the National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) - Focusing on Education Policy and Administration.
In the past, Dr. Huang Worked Part-Time as an Assistant Professor at the National Taiwan Normal University's Teacher Education Institute and the Center for Indigenous Peoples' Research and Development, where He Taught Courses on Education Policy and Law, Indigenous Peoples' Policies and Regulations, an Introduction to the Culture of Taiwan's Indigenous Peoples, and Indigenous Peoples' Education. He is Experienced in Teaching Courses Related to Indigenous Peoples.
Dr. Huang Has Published More Than 40 Articles in Important Academic Journals and Conferences, Includes Key Journals in the Area of Education Policy and Administration. His Research Focuses on Issues Such as Indigenous Education, Teacher Education, Higher Education and Comparative Education. Dr. Huang's research focuses on four main issues:
I. Research on Indigenous Education - policies and systems of indigenous education, educational equity
II. Research on Teacher Education - bilingual education
III. Research on Higher Education - talent cultivation, internationalization of education, evaluation of education
IV. Research on International Comparative Education - policies and systems, tuition policies, lifelong education
